Responsibilities of Position:
Responsible for full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and capturing candidates for nursing opportunities. Consults with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop nursing recruitment strategies, and recruit top nurses in a timely and cost efficient manner.
Experience Required:
3 years of nurse recruitment
Specific Skills Required:
Strong experience as a nurse recruiter in a hospital setting.
Education Required:
BSN, Bachelors Degree in Nursing
