    I wonder if asked around they just suggest a few books for SLE but this site said something extraordinarily short. I wonder if i start studying all those books I would certainly clear ......

    :) well SLE is not that tough, the references are more than what is needed. You need to read through Oxford Clinical Medicine Handbook, Oxford Clinical Specialities, SLE Review by Dr Yahya and USMLE First Aid Step 2.
