    I think PLAB is easier than Usmle , But US gives u all the comfort for estabilishing yourself as a great doctor, and pursuing your career way more than UK

    I guess USMLE is better as u have many job opportunist in USA in ur preferred fields....PLAB is easy to clear but there r job opportunities only in selected departments in UK so u should go for MLE despite being more difficult exam to sit in
