where i can find internship in Pak

I have been searching almost all hospitals in Lahore and ISB .. But every Hospiatl admin is saying that they dont allow interns in their hospital..
Plz shave informations about any hospital where i can get internship

Which Hospital is providing Internship ... Plz Shave some information... I have been inquiring about internship in Lahore and ISB but all Hospitals giving same reply that its not allowed now ....
So where we can fine internship now in Pakistan

They Don't allow Interns .... They said that its banned for foreign graduate

 

CDA Hospital is now a teaching hospital for post graduates and they said that they will take 5000 per month and still they didnt decide when they can give internship for new commers.

Shifa International Hospital .. they said chinese medical graduate intern duration is long so from this year they r not providing internship

well 4 info dhqs of all these cities are attached with medical colleges
despite wasting ur time or anything else u should go thr save money and use it wen u will prepare 4 ur pmdc xam that is the ryt thing rest iv u wana do i think some of my juniors are doing in railway hospital do not know wat they charge right now i did in 2009 at that tym 5000 per month
then fmh is also in lahore they are also taking around about 10000 per month
shalimar lahore is also one ov them
and in lahore so many private medical colleges have opend u will get in any 1
u sholud also try yusra medical college islamabad's teaching hospital that is cantoment hospital in pindi sadar

dr raja and other internship seekers...u shud try to save money for future, dont just spend on internship coz here they have no schedule for internees, they just take ur money and set u free in wards to learn at ur own. thats not the way it shud be !!
so keep the paid internship as very last option.

 

is internship in Pakistan asking the foreign dr to appear for PMDC or any other exam or one can just start internship in any hospital? Earlier there was no test or exam. Whats the new rule?

 

ya . for internship u can start with the Hospitals permission. PMDC is not necessary for it. PMDC is required only for housejob and further

 

My name is Mudassar Rasheed, and i m the student of 4th year in China. I have a serious confusion. Our university allow us to do 5th year clinical work (internship) at any place in the world now. I want to do it in Govt. Hospital in Pakistan (especially in Punjab) like a lot of our senior students are doing in Pakistan. But i heard that it is not allowed. I want to make it clear that wether i can do this in Pakistan or not. What will happen to the students doing it in Pakistan. And if i do it in Pakistan will i be allowed to take part in NEB examination to get provisional registration. Then can i get full registration after 1 year house job alloted by PMDC. Is internship is not allowed only in Punjab or all provinces of Pakistan. Waiting for your kind reply.

NEB IS DIFFERENT THING NEB DEPENDS WHEN U HAVE DEGREE DEGREE WILL COME TO U WHEN U COMPLETE UR INTERNSHIP AFTER GETTING UR DEGREE U 1ST APPLY FOR ELIGIBILTY LETTER THEN FOR EXAMINATION IF U CLEAR THE EXAM THEN U ARE GIVEN PROVISIONAL RMP BUT IF U ARE FROM XINJIANG MEDICAL UNIVERSITY OR XIAN UNIVERSITY U R EXEMPTED FROM THE EXAMINATION U WILL GET DIRECTLY PROVISIONAL RMP AS THESE UNIS ARE RECOGNISED BY PMDC

Well Mudassar, internship is banned in govt hospitals of punjab only.. but in some cities students can get internship in govt hospitals too like faislabad, multan etc. I have heard it, and i m not much confirm about it. one should search in one's own area. Private / semi-govt teaching hospitals allow internship for foreign students.
Yes, u can take NEB exam after u get degree from university. and when u would pass PMDC exam, u will do 1 year housejob and will be able to get full registration (RMP)

Bro Question about internship (5th years clinical work)
I have talked to the MS of DHQ hospital, Jhelum Pakistan about internship. He said that he will allow me for internship but he will not give me any official letter or blue book or log book. He also said that the internship log book will be attached to my degree, so may be in future when PMDC will see my degree to check eligibility, they might reject my degree by saying that i have done internship from a hospital where internship for foreign graduates were banned. so i want to make some decision which will be beneficial for me. I want ur guidance for this. waiting for ur reply.

NO DHQ hospital is allowing internship for foreigners....they said it is bannned by the GOVT so we cannt do anything...

 

Well smokey u shud find internship where u can easily get the certificate or signatures n stamps on ur log book, otherwise u wud have no proof to show anywhere ...

 

DHQ sargodha is not taking internees right now ..they also said that its banned ,

 

ur feedback is appreciated syedfast. govt hospitals in punjab dont allow internships. look for semi govt / private teaching hospitals.
