Hello..... could any one plz tell me whats the next step after clearing the PMDC NEB exam for foreign medical doctors?
I want to know how can I get my permission to apply for house job in hospitals recognised by PMDC?
    Where I submit my papers?
    How long does it take?
What documents need to be submitted?

    hi,
well , drwatson is here with the answer :p
u shud get ur provisional RMP certificate from PMDC and then u will apply to any hospital in desired department. i recommend that start ur housejob in medicine department. u shud ask for vacant paid seats in any teaching hospital.
in govt hospitals its very hard to get paid seat .. and i wont say u to wait for any seat to be vacant .. u shud start honorary coz TIME IS MUCH PRECIOUS .. if u waste it u will feel that u have done wrong.. MONEY DOESNT MATTER .. so DONT wait , START ur housejob right away after u get ur provisinal RMP .. if P.RMP is late u can try applying on the slip of PMDC (telling them that u have passed the exam and will get p.rmp soon).
well i dont know how long will PMDC take for P.RMP ... u ask them and start hunting for housejob .. and i shud say that the place u see better for u , chose that and start ur housejob ..
DOCUMENTS needed : ur P.RMP (or PMDC slip for P.RMP, if they accept it) , ur DEGREE , PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOS , ID Card .. i think that is all along with application for housejob . u shud get that application recommended by HOD (Head of department) and then apply to HR (Human Resource) Dept to get ur PAID/HONORARY seat for housejob.
if u work honorary ,keep an eye on any house officer , leaving soon , so that u can apply for that paid seat .

    any thing else? keep posting
