what to do? after PLAB?

i have done PLAB1 in nov 2013, now i was plannng to go for plab2, BUTTTTTTTT, some of my seniors wch have gone there told me that there is no use of plab!! :S.. u cant get training post there, just SHO post throughout ur life ,, so i can never grt any specialization degree . i m sooo much confused and worried as i wasted my time in plab1 , i dnt know what to do, dnt know what is the real situation there?? really need help, as time is passing quickly and i m in midddle of nowhere

well you should do your house job in Pakistan and also clear PLAB 2, you will get SHO position there and Allah knows if you could go further for specialization there or not. At least you can pass MRCP / MRCS there while doing your job and then if you couldnt get training post there you could come to Pakistan to complete your training. Just trust ALLAH and pray for ALLAH's support.
what i suggest you to go for PLAB 2 and pass it and then get SHO post there and go for MRCP/MRCS straight away.
