usmle prepration at doctors academy lahore

assalam o alaikum dear doctors,i live in azad kashmir graduated from kyrgyzstan.i want to appear in usmle step 1 until end of 2015.my basic sciences are not strong and i found it hard to study at home.here i have too many distractions.i am thinking of joining doctor insituite of medical sciences lahore for usmle step 1 preparation.how good is this academy for usmle preparation?my basic sciences ar not strong so please help me.did anybody joined academy and got good score in usmle?my aim is to get minimum 240 in usmle step 1.my second question is that is there any hostel at walking distance to doctor insituite of medical sciences?how much are the hostel living and mess expenses?is there any hostel near the academy which is affordable and where quality of food is good.if anyone have any info regarding thses please me let me know.if anyone about hostels and their expenses please comment and let me know

 

will joining doctor insituite of medical sciences be helpful for me as my basic medical sciences knowledge is poor?

 

Yes doctors institute of medical sciences provides a very good platform for corrcting your concepts and score good in PMDC as well as international exams...
they are so many private hostels which are affordable and I heard dims also have a hostel of their own so u better check it with them
