    i think they went through HEC which is under pak govt and pmdc NEB exam is liscence exam which should be not for those students who went through HEC .if they don`t exempt them its mean they are not fallowing own rules ......

    I will say no no no and no, the hec selection was to study abroad on scholarship full stop nothing more. And that selection was based on FSC score not MBBS score, meaning that Hec and pmdc don't have any information regarding his/her stay and performance in Cuba, how ......

    Mna daniylmar difference between chinese medical graduates and cubian medical graduate is that chinese grdauate went china for study by own they even know good and bad aspects also paid heavy fee,know they must have to give NEB for liscence but cubian gradutes went through HEC on scholership they don`t ......

    it depends on the term of the scholarship program they have been sent through HEC, if there was any mention that those students would not have to take PMDC exam on return then its injustice that they are being asked to take pmdc exam, but we do not know the ......

    There is huge difference between those two country graduates. @daniyal for you, just imagine , one is being sent on scholarship by the govt. to pursue medical studies and the other on self-finance basis ?
