Saudi medical council registration

Greetings to all. I want to ask few thngs
1 what is the process after passing saudi MOH exam from pakistan to get saudi medical licence ?can i get licence from pak?
2 .recently i cam to know that even if u pass exam from pakistan and then join job in saudi later they dont accept this passed exam and thus u have to retake exam there? Is it true?

 

Congrats on passing SLE. Pls look below link for SCFHS registration (FOR IQAMA HOLDERS ONLY). If you are not an iqama holder then you just need to take SLE (you can take it even after successfully passing the interview) and try to get a job through recruiters. SCFHS registation will be completed by your employer upon your arrival in Saudi.

1) No, you cannot get the license from Pakistan. You have to be physically present at SCFHS office to complete the registration.

2) SLE is valid for 3 years. So, you DONT have to retake SLE once you come to Saudi. You only have to take new SLE if you want to change your classification. For example, from pak if you take SLE in General Practice, you will be classified as General Practitioner upon completion of SCFHS registration. But, if you want to be classified as, for example, Internal medicine resident, you will need to take new SLE in Internal Medicine. Also, for resident you need minimum 2 years of experience in specialty.

no i havent passed exam yet .will take in end of july but got confused by ppl that saudi dnt accept passed exam from other countries now. So all this means is i can safely take exam date and exam.and then will search for job to join there and when i go there my registration process will be processed by employer.
Regarding classification i am radiologist FCPS with 1 yr post FCPS experience so i guess i dnt have to take exam again and again.am i right dr sania?

 

Which country accept doctors without pmdc ? I did mbbs from China kindly help me thanks

 

If you take SLE in radiology, you don't need to take it again if you get registered before it's validity expires and that is for 2 years I guess.

 

Many countries do accept but some countries require good standing certificate and that can be obtained only after pmdc registration.
You may go for USMLE or AMC.
You have to search for it by reading rules and regulations and requirements for IMGs registration of respective countries.

 

Can you plz name those countries that accept doctors

 

USMLE is for USA, AMC is for Australia, but check their requirements too.
