Revised hj structure

Dr Watson can u please explain this revised hj structure I m confused about it and please explain that what should be the hj rotations to exempt from PRESS??

 

Revised housejob structure for pmdc is that your should do general medicine for 3 months and allied for 2 to 3 months and/or 1 month in minor like dermatology. 3 months in general surgery and 2 or 3 months in allied and/or 1 month in urology or ob/gyn.
For pres exemption your housejob structure should be :

a minimum of a total of twelve months, which should normally be consecutive, of which at least three months must be spent in Medicine in general and at least three months in Surgery in general. As part of this twelve-month period, an intern may also be employed for not less than two months and not more than four months in the following specialties:
• Emergency Medicine
• General Practice
• Obstetrics and Gynaecology
• Paediatrics
• Psychiatry
• Anaesthesia (to include perioperative medicine)
• Radiology
