Practice without PMDC License

So does this mean I can work at a private hospital? And do private hospitals require us (FMG's) to be certified and registered with PM&DC before we can work? I've recently graduated from China and have not taken the PM&DC exam yet. Am I eligble to start work in a private hospital right away?

Sana how could you say one can do practice without license in pak, Afghan and Dubai? It's not allowed at any place.
You can do hidden practice but not open and it's still illegal.

 

Yes dr waston is right u r not able to practice legally unlss u gt pmdc registion.how ever is most private sector thay will appoint but pay less like thay will appoint u as mo but give u pay as dispenser scale.

 

Correction: There's no way to practice in govt. affiliated hospitals in Pakistan. Second, reputable private hospitals now do ask for the RMP certificate from the candidate as this will be inquired by the committee of the hospital. This means practice in private hsp. is no more entertained for FMG's without having PMDC registration.
Middle way: Practice illegally if you're not a law abiding citizen. Result: If you get caught, your future will be at stake.

Practice without PMDC is illegal but possible in some areas of Pakistan, such as balochistan, or some private hospitals if you have enough clinical skills, but in big cities of pak not possible.

Some of my friends are doing jobs in private hospitals without PMDC, but that experience will not count in your CV, they will give less salary, plus the precious time in which you can prepare for PMDC will be wasted.

 

This is pakistan whatever you want u can do it .....just don't forget to pay ........
