    there is no FIXED syllabus thing for PG exams like FCPS , FRCS, by the way now its MRCS not FRCS direct entry. You will have to learn all basic clinical things related to your field, you should know how to deal with common cases, how to diagnose and treat ......

    every clinical based degrees such as u mentioned, focus on the clinical topics they are related to. So, the initial exams are easier, focused to common practices such as for MRCP , the cases you see in daily wards, ER, OPD etc. Where as, the final exams are more specific ......
