    i am just wondering that if some one does his postgraduation from germany ,australia,sweden,finland, or norway or any other developed country who has very good reputation in education as well as health care system . Would pmdc will recognise his qualification as it is or he has to appear in ......

    UK and USA are exempted but I dont think that Germany is included in this case. People from Schengen or Scandinavian states, and other European states will have to appear in the exam for Post Graduation recognition.
