    Please visit PMDC for this. I cant find any form for post graduation NOC on PMDC website, so please inquire from PMDC office.
    There is no university recognized by PMDC after 2008 and PMDC is giving NOC for all universities listed in WHO directory. i hope someone would upload NOC sample from PMDC.

    Dear sir can i get pmdc noc through tcs or i've to go there and collect it by hand. Also inform me,how many days does it take.

    Yes you can get it through TCS, you would have to tell to pmdc official to send it to your address by post /TCS.

    I am really really sorry, you will be thinking what sort of human i am, but i am confused as i have recieved admition letter in scanned form and the pmdc officials give noc on original admition letter (which i dont have) and according to the consultant the original admition letter will be with us along with jw202??? So what must i do?

    No i dont think so about anyone if one is asking questions to clear one's confusions.
    Yes, original admission letter is posted along with jw202 by the university so wait for the original admission letter and then apply. Or get a highly quality print of scan and try to apply if you are in hurry. You will get noc with luck ;)
