PMDC NOC Process before going abroad for MBBS

i took addmission in 2009 and now i graduate from university but have not start internship yet , i will soon start it in next few days , but i am worried about my NOC, i did not know about the rules and regulation about NOC before i went to china, later i stay there for 5 years and now back, can i get it now from pmdc?

Apply for the eligibility for pmdc exam along with application to registrar explaining the reason for not having NOC.

 

Salam..please tell me if only the headoffice of pmdc in islamabad issues noc or other regional offices of pmdc in various cities issues noc as well. Thanks!

 

Wsalam, Regional offices should be able to issue NOC too

all the copy of documents should be attested , from whom we should attest this all ? from professors or assistent professors only ?
