PMDC NOC Process before going abroad for MBBS

Any student wants to go abroad for medical studies in any government owned, authenticated university, listed with WHO, must get a NoC from PMDC. The aim of issuance of this NoC is two folded, viz. 1. The University in which the student is going to study MBBS is a listed university and is recognized in its own country. 2. The student must be having 60% or more marks in his or her FSc, pre-medical. For the NoC, all students must fill a form available from PMDC. Attested copies of following documents must be attached with the form:

SSC certificate
FSc DMC
Admission offer letter from the university
Computerized NIC or Form B
Passport
3 colored, passport sized photos
Receipt of NoC fee of Rs. 5000/-
PMDC will charge rupees 5000 for each NoC issued for the student.

 

those who did not get or want NOC from pmdc,can they set in pmdc exam?

 

as per rules, those who got admission before 2008 n dnt have NOC , they can site in exam, but those after 2008 not having NOC are not eligible to sit in exam, but PMDC can give relaxation on individual merit

i got atmission in sep 2008 i dont have noc ...when this rule applied?
