pmdc good standing certificate without registration?

i want to ask we can apply for good standing certificate from pmdc on the basis of our internship and clinical attachments for giving some medical exam abroad,when we are not registered to PMDC .and done mbbs from china.kindly reply.

first of all i will tell you that what is good standing certificate is ? this is the certificate issued by PMDC to the applicant ,with the relevant documents which are two in number , your registration with pmdc ,and your house job mean internship certificate ,in which it is written that you have spend how many months in medicine,gyne,obs and peds whatever the departements the applicant chooses in house job ,after completeion of 9 month minimum or 12 month house jobn ,an house officer is eligible to apply for good standing certificate and experience certificate .
and the thing you are talking about the INTERNSHIP DOCUMENTS ,as a foreign graduatess is not called the internship ,it is the final year ,we practice in pak after graduate from china aur russia, these documents are not relevant ,neither they will give you the good standing certificate ,without registration .

and i tell you about giving some exam which you are able to give without house job which are
PLAB , USMLE ,MOH,HAAD{ dubai licensing exam},AMC,,
if you want to do house job without pmdc ,and need liscense for good standieng ,DUBAI will give you house job ,wihtout any fee ,they will give you the certificate of house job also ,on that you can apply for good standing ,only in duabi with ministry of health DUBAI ,.

 

Thank u very much. Actually currently I m doing house job in Dubai health authority. I was graduated in 2010. Did some clinical attachments n job in pak without pmdc. My internship here will end in 2013. N I m planning to give dha or moh gp exam. For that it needs 1 yr clinical internship plus 2 years of experience plus good standing certificate from health authority. So I m confused what to do for good standing certificate.
