    I took this exam in 2000. While I am following the exam on and off, there is no consistency in content. In my opinion like USMLE, All medical graduates in Pakistan should pass this exam including foreign graduates. It should be conducted by independent body like NTS. ......

    in 2000 that was not exam, that was just formality to get registered, come and sit for the exam now, I have seen Graduates from UK failed it these days .. and also good point You noticed Dr.watson :p ......
