pmdc becoming irresponsibile for my documents

What should I do as pmdc says they cannot find my file I have said a lot that I have submitted documents. .. even the bank reciept is lost bjt they say they cannot find a file named Awad alvi.... im so worried... why pmdc becomes irresponsibile

 

First thing that you don't have evidence of submission of documents. If you have such evidence then you should write an application to registrar of pmdc along with photocopy of that receipt.
If you have lost the receipt then you will have to write affidavit with application stating that I have lost the receipt and had submitted the documents on such date.
