Noc

I m studying mbbs from 2012 in changasha medical university
china. I had given noc form to my friend to submitted in pmdc but he has
not submitted the noc in pmdc. Now we can submit noc. Please tell me the
procedure. What should i do.

You are delayed and there will be problem, better to submit asap.
The procedure would be same, but may be they will ask to submit application stating reason for delayed submission.
