Agents charge too much money (aroud 5 lakh pkr) to get u into scholarship program, but there is no fee for application through China Scholarship Council. So, the candidates are encouraged to apply through CSC. ......

there is no exam for that and no preference generally, except if there are any university specific preferences.
Its easy if you go for chinese govt scholarship, your application and documents (also mentioned above) should be complete and legitimate. ......

if two students are applying one with higher marks in his academic career, he will get preference over the 2nd. But there is no exam or any thing, but its not sure that if you apply you will get admission. It means they prefer with higher marks, and it also ......

well @wazir , you should tell the university name where you have been enrolled as English medium PG program and not getting taught in English. Also, the hospital work is in Chinese its true as the patients dont know english, but your teachers should know english ......
