migration to other university

salam every one. is it possible that a student can be migratted to other in china, univ gave him noc and he passed first year?

Yes engrali, it is theoretically possible, but the thing is that no 2 universities syllabus is same in each semester, so the University may hesitate to take the student in the his or her semester of choice. My advise will be to first ask with the university u want to ......

Well, yo my knowledge pmfc will be no problem. U can still get noc ftom pmdc. But it will bw better, if u get one before mgration. I m tellin u, listed n non listed no difference if the student wants to learn eith heart put in it. ......
