    she got admission in first year mbbs in rawalpindi medical college ,then she was upgraded from rmc to sims, lahore in third list. but we belong to rawalpindi

    but i was told that mutual migration is possible after first profession. ( part 1 and part 2 )
    please write me if it is possible before first profession?

    Please write application to the current college's principle first detailing your problems, if he agrees then meet rmc principle. Give it a try as there can be exceptions in every thing. ......
