    respected dr xavier and dr watson

    sir i have prepared the peds according to pattern , and i want you to check whether any other questions regarding are necessary or not

    i have prepared neontology: acute respirtatory problmes, bronchilotits,crioup,layngeal dpt,pharngitis and tonsillits ,

    diarrheoa,and its management,neontal resucitation ,birth asphyxia, neontal tetanus,necrotizing enterocolitis,neontal sepsis,
    primary immunization programss, epi chart, develpmental milestones of peds, reflexes of baby, head measuments and birth weights ,
    cogenital heart disease pda ,tof,asd,vssd. biliary atresia, neontal seizures managment, Rh negative mother management of having rh + posivtive baby,
    i have just read neontal ,physilogical ,and pathological jaundice, VITAMINS complete, and MRASMUS & KaWASHIORKER

    my request to you is there anything left which i have to sutdy further ??? plz reply thankyou for the positive response which is always highly appreciated

    dr xavier apko thora disturb karna hay , kay , in the begining ,when it was sure that exam will be going to be in october , i just focuseed on all the subjectss leaving medicine and behaviour , but with passage of time i have started studying both subjects

    i have prepared CVS unit topics are ANGINA ,STABLE UNSTABLE,MI,HOCM,DILATED CARDIYOMYOPATHY,CHF,AND MITRAL STENOSIS,AND REGURGITATION,AORTIC STENOSIS AND REGURGITATION WITH THEIR SPECIFIC MURMURS,INVX ,MANGMENT.

    IN RESPIRATORY: CYSTIC FIBROSIS,BRONCHIECTASSIS,PNUMOTHORAX,PULMONARY EMBOLISM,LUNGS CA,COPD ,ASTHMA,PULM TB ,ALL PNUMONIA INCLUDING MYCOPLASMA ,COXIALA BURNETI,LEGIONELLA PNUMONIA,ASPIRATION,H.INFLUENZA,

    IN RHUMATOLOGY: I HAVE STUDIED SLE,RA,REITERSYNDROME,INFECTIVE OSTEOMYLEITIS,RICKTS AND OSTEOMALACIA I HAVE JST READ,ANITPHOSPHOLIPID ANTIBODY,GOUT AND PSUDOGOUT,OSTEOARTHRITIS

    NOW I WANT TO PREPARE FOR THE CNS AND ,BLOOD,AND GIT,,LIVER ,PLEASE TELL THE TOPICS IMPORATANT FOR CASE SCENARIOS ,BECZ THESE UNITS I STUDIED WAS GUIDED BY DR WATSSON , SO I NEED BOTH OF YOUR HELP IN THESE THREE UNITS ,
