how to prepare for next upcoming PMDC exam?

Assalam o alaikum its my request to those who passed PMDC step 1&step 2 recently conducted by DUHS(Dow university of health sciences),is to please post your detailed experience of exam its preparation method,books,timetable so that later on it will benefit others and congrats to those who passed the exam.
