How can a foreigner get good standing certificate from pmdc?

Dear admin,
I belong to Afghanistan and i graduated from UHS Lahore, and then finished my house job in 2011. The PMDC registration given to me was temporary for foreigners.
After doing house job i went back to my home country, now as per rules for plab exam, they require cogs from pmdc as well from my home country.
Now, i am very confused sir, since my pmdc is not permanent and is not valid.
Kindly guide me in this regard. How can i get good standing cert asa foreigner??

Dear, you can get Certificate of Past Good Standing.

Same problem is with me too ... I am nepali I did my mbbs n housejob from lahore ... now I am working in private hospital at lahore but pmdc ppl are not renewing my pmdc ... can I apply for certificate of good standing???
