HEC Degree Equivallence

Dear All,

I just want to wirte this post if any of u have been trhough such issues u can guide me.

I studied in Middle East College Oman affiliated with Coventry University. studied BEngg (Hons) Electronics & Telecommunication and graduated in 2012.

As Coventry University is Recognized by UK Engineering Council so I opt for the affiliated College and the Middle East College was also exhibited in Pakistan School Muscat/Oman where I studied Intermediate.

So I join The College and completed my degree in 4yrs and after which I came to Pak for trting my luck in Government Jobs -- Reason was spent most of the time abroad so wanted to move to Pak and reatttach with family----

here on I was I informed that have to Apply for PEC( Pakistan Engg council) first, I did apply and and the issue me a Receipt of registration through which they told me I can apply to University for further Education which unfortunately I did and got Admission in UET ..after 1.5yr and 3 semester with frequent email and phone calls they finally told me that your degree isnt recognized by Engineering Council Uk so couln't be recognized by PEC so my 3semester of hard work in gone in vain. I emailed my college and Coventry University and the bombed me with the news that the degree we offer in our campus UK are only recognized, The collaborative degrees arent. So I decided to went to Pakistan School Muscat and argued to the why u promote such institution which are not recognized by PEC . couldn't get a satisfactory answer as the accountant said they jst promote their college and pay us...MAN PAKISTANI WILL BE PAKISTANI NO MATTER WHERE WE LIVE.. after me Their are more than 100 Pakistani students in said College..I try to inform them (most of them are in 7-8th semester ) so they are stuck now..

Now can any one tell me with such issue can I get HEC equivallence certificate..as I seen many University here offering Engineering without PEC registration and still accepted by HEC.
