FCPS Surgery and GMC Registration

Dear Members,

I have done MBBS from Pakistan in 2003 and MRCS 1 & 2 but not 3 (completed before 2009).
I also have an FCPS in General Surgery from Pakistan.
I am currently in UK (as of Jan 2017).

I want to know how can I get GMC registration?
Are my FCPS and MRCS helpful in this regard?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Though you’re very qualified for a post in Pakistan or MiddleEast countries BUT with these qualifications you may NOT meet the standards laid down by GMC for full registration.

Only FCPS (Pediatrics) from Pakistan maybe awarded full registration by GMC.

As for the MRCS, Please note that you must be granted full registration with a licence to practise within three years of passing your “postgraduate qualification” (complete MRCS diploma) or it will no longer be acceptable
