Exemption from fcps 2 training

If someone has completed his frcp from uk and then intend come pakistan .. is there any exemptions from fcps 2 training and directly attempt for exam?? Plz answer

yes i came to know abt someone who had done post grad from Ireland and CPSP exempted him from residency instead allowed him to sit for part 2 exam
