Eligibility Number Expired

Hi Everyone,

I received eligibility number after successfully completing all the requirements and submission and clearance of my documents.

However I could not register my exam within the time limit of 3 months now Prometric is saying my eligibility number has expired and need to contact SCHS.

I have tried to email SCHS but email is not getting delivered (might be because of their full email inbox)

I have tried to contact them through the 920019393 help line again no one picks up as I waited for 12 and then 8 minutes respectively.

Is there any way to solve this problem. OR contact SCHS?

I don't want to make a new account and reapply as Mumaris and Data Flow might catch my documents for duplication and it might land me into bigger problem.

Alhamdulilah my problem has been solved.

I tried everything that includes

1. Calling the Mumaris help line for over 2 hours (but no response)
2. Emailing to the support email given (sc-crm@scfhs.org, The email could not be delivered I think because of the full inbox as per guess)
3. emailing the case to crmsupport@scfhs.org

Unexpectedly within two hours of sending the email I was able to get their reply with the reactivation. I can give the following advice for emailing based on my experience.

1. Be clear and explicit.
2. Subject should reflect the purpose of you email.
3. Mention eligibility number in your subject for instance my subject was "Eligibility ID#G195xxxxxxx Renewal/Reactivation Required"
4. Insert screen shot of prometric error

5. Given your full details in the subject to make the work easier for support team:

Name: ABCD XYZ
File# 156565
Eligibility ID: G195xxxxxxx
Verification Eligibility Number: 151123G545465
Exam : Genral Surgery (GENSU)
Exam Code: 0230

It is said that you have to go an extra mile to get your work done. Hence follow the above steps and I hope anyone facing the same problem will be able to get it fixed swiftly. I feel in my case firstly it was help from Allah and then little diligence that made me get through.

As per my personal experience in any field of KSA the laws & regulations are quite unclear. Might be due to the confusion and use of two languages in everything i-e English and Arabic. But still in these times people are blessed with much better life styles and peace in this piece of earth. And the country has fought back and defied lot of odds.

Dr. Mudassar is doing a noble job and his efforts must be lauded. It is the duty of the community to take care of this forum and not just participate with intention of leeching information. I have found this forum to contain invaluable information that is not available anywhere on internet. Especially related to SCHS. Dr. Mudassar deserves real appreciation and input from everyone getting benefited from this forum.

Hope there will be more activity and everyone will realize his responsibility.
