hmm...u just need to notarize ur main documnets..i dint do the marksheets and so far it hadnt caused me any trouble.i have got just my degree, diploma and character certificate notarized..
no u dont need 3 notarized copies..just one is ......

One little question, what is the advantage of notarizing and attesting from foreign office? Why shouldn't only attestation needed from embassy of Pakistan. Does it have any role in PMDC?

well the advantage of notarizing and attestation from Foreign office is not much in PMDC, but it would be needed if you are applying for post graduation abroad or seeking job abroad, so it has advantage then.

the embassy only attest those documents which are attested by foreign office of china in beijing.and foreign office of china attest those documents which are notarized by the city from which u are graduated. ......
