DO not send your bank Draft & doc by courier service to PMDC

salaam Dr.watson and all users and all PFMSG DOCTORS.
please do not send your bank draft of 10500 rupees and documents to PMDC.because i sent my documents and bank draft of 10500 rupees to PMDC,the documents was thrown to the basket and bank draft was stolen within PMDC.the first time i sent my documents and bank draft of 10500 rupees for 4 may 2013 exam by TCS,i received delivery report to my mobile that my documents was received within PMDC.when i did not received my roll no by TCS,than i went to PMDC,that reception person which Receive courier documents told me lies that my documents was not received.than i asked from NEB section they told me the same thing that my documents was not received.they told me that i have to make another draft to sit for exam.so due to this act my 4 may 2013 exam was missed.than again i sent my documents and bank draft of 10500 rupees by leopard for 31th October 2013 exam.the story is repeated by PMDC again.i did not received my roll no,i went to PMDC,The reception which receive courier documents told me that he did not received my documents,than i asked from NEB section,they told me that my documents and draft was not received.than i asked bank within PMDC.they told me that my 10500 rupees was not deposited and i have to make another draft.than some one in PMDC official told me that go directly to national bank main branch Islamabad to ask about whether my draft was deposited in PMDC account or received by some one else from PMDC officials.when i arrived to national bank main branch Islamabad,they hide the facts that my draft was not deposited in PMDC account.that person within PMDC official again told me that my drafts was stolen by some one in PMDC officials.that have linkage with national bank main branch Islamabad,by stealing these drafts they share money on each others.So the question arise that they are playing with our future.we spent money to bright our future.only not me i saw many persons with similar complains that there drafts were stolen.also there is no way to Refund or Cancel your Draft because that Draft was already Received by some one in PMDC officials.in response i wrote many complains letters to Registrar but not received response yet.i complains to NEB section,reception section,PMDC bank section,National bank main branch Islamabad but no responce.i confirm all information from TCS if they did some things,TCS told me we sent delivery report to your mobile,it means your documents was received by PMDC.TCS told me that bank draft was made in the name of PMDC,so no one will recevie drafts exceps PMDC officials.so I advice all doctors that give your documents and draft by hand.

Thanks Aftab Ahmed to write about this. PMDC is fully immersed in corruption from top officials to clerks, i believe.
I think you can submit complaint to Police regarding this matter based on the TCS receipts of successful delivery of documents and cheques.

you are well come Dr.WATSON......I registered this complains in this platform...that every one should know about this corruption.....every one should submit their documents and draft by hand...other wise by sending the draft and documents by any courier service will suffer the problem like this,as i did 10500 by TCS+10500 by leopard=21000 rupees was stolen within PMDC.

I always send my documents via post and nothing wrong ever happened to me or any of my friends .
The trick is to write your name , fathers name , nic no , purpose (for pmdc neb step 123 registration) and home address on back of bank draft . This way no one can use it for any other persons application . What people do is that when they find a blank dd attached to a application they place it for someone else's application and take less money from them.
But despite following this precautionary measure still you faced registration problem then you should complain to the registrar with proof of delivery . My friend faced somewhat similar issue regarding document misplacement in october 2013 and he complained and got step1 registration without paying fee again . All u have to do is to use leverage and threaten them that you will go to court for this and trust me islamabad court already knows about pmdc corruptions, they always help the students .

I AM a doctor, registered with the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council. My registration was due for renewal. I received a letter on Nov 11 last from the PMDC directing me to renew my registration or otherwise ‘punitive action’ will be taken against me.

I sent the required fees alongwith my original expired certificate, as desired by the PMDC by courier on Dec 26 last.

It has now been two months but I have received no response from the PMDC, despite several telephone calls and emails. by me to remind them to do the needful.

I hope that on reading this letter, the PMDC would do the needful.

I always sent my documents through TCS and nothing happened with my documents but still it is not a good idea to send your documents through courier...iit is better to take ur documents and bank draft by hand and submit your documents in person...there are so many files there and so many new students keep applying so to avoid this mishap,one should personally go there or give your documents to someone who is going to PMDC
