degree verification for PLAB?

    AoA guys I want to ask that if I m intending to take plab do I need to verify my degree from UK embassy in China,thy r taking huge sum of money to attest,plz reply me urgently I m running short of tym n have to do this attestation n ......

    Wsalam, No its not needed to get your degree attested from UK embassy for PLAB.
    You will have to get certificate of good standing from your university. CGS should be submitted from the provincial branch of the Ministry of Health directly to GMC UK. ......

    Fine sir but while studying in China we r not registered with Chinese medical council so thy can't grant us certificate of good standing furthermore that is valid for 3months only.I have heard of an alternative that is employers ref form mentioned on GMC site too we can make that ......

    yes you can submit employers reference form but you are not employed either, right?
    I couldnt find direct and clear answer for CGS for fresh graduates if they are not registered with any medical council. But I suggest you should talk to your university. ......
