Assalam o alaikum i heard that if someone has full registration after doing 12 months house job in Pakistan then one can get exemption from pres is it true?is it easy to get any job training post in Ireland as non EU national as compare to UK?for which type of registration we are eligible in Ireland if we have full registration of PMDC and how much are salaries for doctors,trainees in Ireland?how mcps in internal medicine and FCPS in internal medicine degrees get recognized in Ireland?what is best time to go Ireland and start medical career i mean is better to go when you have full registration as mbbs doctor or after mcps&FCPS degrees?how to get exemption from IELTS as non EU national?

 

Yes after housejob in pakistan you are exempted from PRES BUT for training post you neeed PRES unless exempted(American Diplomat etc)
It is NOT easy to get TRAINING post in ireland.
Only fcps in anesthesia is recognized.

I am in my last year of MBBS from China. After my graduation i am planning to give the pres exam. Will i guarantee of getting the job if i clear all the exam?

 

Pres is just a licencing exam . It does not guarantees job . For job you have to find a vacant post . Its same like pmdc . You get rmp after clearing the exam but you dont get job (except 1 yr housejob) . For that you need to apply for different posts at different places .

 

So would that apply for me to.. One year house job with general registration even though the internship is not equivalent ?

Hi,
I need some information regarding ireland. I have passed mccee exam in canada. I have seen at ireland medical council website that they r giving exemption to those candidates who have passed mccee and done ielts.
I have a question..first, am i eligible to get medical council registration. Secondly, once i will get the registration,what would be the next step? Third, how can i apply for trainee position?
