Alhumdulillah RMP Arriving Soon. What Next ? Clueless !!!

AssalamuAlaikum Wrahmatullah Beautiful Souls,

Yes I have no idea what happens next (no medical professional in family or friends), all i know is that i have to apply for house job but its the HOW? WHEN? & WHERE? i want to know about.
Which hospital is the best in RWP/ISB region? (Unpaid acceptable but with most learning)
Do I just wait for advertisements in the newspaper or send my documents to every hospital i come across?
What Documents should i keep ready with me? ( I want to apply ASAP InshAllah )
Should I go get my "Attempt Certificate " from PMDC & HEC equivalence ?

assalam o alaikum sister! I hope u r doing well... I am a fresh graduate and I came back to Pakistan almost a month ago. I am also from rwp and it has been pretty hard time looking for internship and I couldn’t find it since i don’t have any references. I guess you recently cleared your PMDC neb exam. can you please guide me as what to do next? I am totally lost at the moment and seriously I can’t figure out methods of preparation for my test. Any guidance will be much appreciated. jazakAllah!

walaikum assalam Warahmatullah, can totally understand what youre going through. I could recommend the academy i went to it was superb alhumdulillah, its in the holy family hospital Medical Unit building top floor, its called FSA ( Foriegn Students Academy) YOU may take trial classes and decide for yourself ( also go check out the facebook page ). As far as internship is concerned, I did mine in China as i didnt have any references too. but if you're already in Pakistan you may try doing it in the same hospital as the academy. Just talk to a senior doctor and see if you can accompany him for a month or two and then just get your papers signed. but thats just my weak opinion. you should ask someone more experienced at this.

Sorry for late response response and it may be useful for anyone having same question.
I hope you have figured out your way in these times Fatima, may Allah guide you the best.
Documents required are PMDC provisional certificate, degree and marksheets copies, passport size photographs 2 - 4, but one should get at least 8 with one's self, cnic copy. Documents requirements are usually mentioned in ads as well.
If you need to learn skills only then go for government hospitals as they are busiest hospitals and you will be busy with patients all the time. So you will learn skills mostly in this setting, but won't get much time for studies as you would be tired with such busiest routines in those hospitals.
If you think that you need to study as well along with house job then go for semi govt or private teaching hospitals which don't have much hectic schedule and you get time for studies at your duty calls and after duty.
What I recommend is; those who can understand a procedure / skill with just observing once or twice, want to enter post graduation ASAP after house job should go for less hectic hospitals as study is more important than skills to enter post graduation.
Those who cannot learn skills with just observation and practicing once or twice, those should go for busy hospitals.
Those who want to enter PG training ASAP after house job should give time to preparation for PG enterance exam. Last 6 months of a house job could be enough for preparing for fcps 1. So one can go for busy hospital in first 6 months and then to less busy hospital for last 6 months to compensate for studies.
