    Can any one tell me What dose this point b in this picture means is it over pmdc registration or degree registration from respective country ?

    It means registration with PMDC or with medical authority where you got training. In your case it would be pmdc.

    Yes u r right, after getting pmdc registration you would be able to take the exam.
