    Well most of listed universities are not demanding that. It's the major difference between listed and non listed universities. As they are authorized by MOE for English medium teaching for mbbs

    This listed university list is a big fraud. These are quite expensive and their mbbs programs are 6 years. The embassy will grant you visa for mbbs if you went to these universities otherwise other unlisted ones admit you in chinese language program first. ......

    Yes coolboy if that's the thing now that listed universities are demanding HSK too then what else is remained as a benefit for taking admission there? High fees.

    Yes the procedure of visa also varies for non listed universities as mostly they would give you visa letter of Chinese language admission and not mbbs .
    Yes it can be said as fraud and only difference remains is the experience of teaching to foreign students. ......
