You will need the following for Visa Application

1. Attestation of Academic Certificates from Foreign Affairs Office.

2. Police Character certificate. (Also attested by Foreign Affairs Office)

3. Passport size photos x 4

4. Visa application form , print from Here OR here( open this address , fill the form online and print it)

5. JW202 Visa form and admission letter , original and photocopy.

6. Medical checkup form (Download Here), download and print and go to a Hospital, and get examined, be sure that the doctor signs and stamps at the end.

7. Passport

No appointment is required in embassy, mailed documents will be rejected, so go in person (by yourself)

Regular processing time is 4 days. Visa fee is 30 USD.
