Refund of Fee : |
|

Seventy five percent of the examination
fee shall be refunded to the candidate after deduction of
25% processing charges subject to: |

receipt of application for
withdrawal from the examination if received on
or before the specified date. |

rejection of the application
by CPSP on account of ineligibility. |
|
|
while applying for REFUND candidate
should write his/her NAME,
CENTRE, SUBJECT and BANK RECEIPT NUMBER. |

In all other cases the fee paid for a
particular examination will not be refunded or carried over
to next examination in case of withdrawal after specified
date, absence / exclusion from the examination for any
reason. |

Candidates who qualify in theory
examination are given three out of four following Clinical /
TOACS examination (including missed chances).
Please note that candidates who pass theory and do not
appear in immediately following TOACS / CLINICALS will lose
one of the three available chances to appear in clinical
examination as first attempt is mandatory. Only two out of
three consective chances will be available to such
candidates. |

Venue of Examination : |
|
|
THEORY: The
theory examinations are held simultaneously in thirteen
different cities of Pakistan. The candidates have an option
to choose one of these venues for appearing in the theory
examination according to their convenience. The choice of
the city should be clearly indicated in the appropriate box
in the application form. However, CPSP reserves the right to
delete a particular centre on the basis of logistic reasons. |

|
ORAL / CLINICALS: The
College can hold clinical / oral examination only in one or
more cities of the Pakistan depending upon the number of
candidates eligible to take this examination and logistic
facilities available in that city irrespective of the venue
at which a candidate appeared in theory examination. Exact
Venue of Clinical Examination will be communicated after the
assessment of theory examination papers. |
